I love love love Coraline and have seen the movie an indescribably  about of times. It is a visual treat to see. I love stylized cartoons they always seem more enthralling. More so then if they had just used an in house style. Except Miyazaki, he’s always magnificent.

Here’s a scribble of Coraline. Eight and nine are on the same day because I was sick yesterday.  I was going to paint this but my terrible sabbatical erased everything I knew about lighting.
